Delivering on our promise

Our clients know when to book their moving van because we have never missed a closing. We have developed an efficient, proven system to ensure we deliver our quality custom homes on time and on budget.

Interior design consultation

We know selecting flooring, cabinets and countertops can seem overwhelming. To ease anxiety, we’ve partnered with an interior designer for two hours of consultation. She walks you through all the choices you have for the interior and exterior of your new home.

Spec sheets

Once the design consultation is complete, you receive spec sheets detailing the outside look of your home and each room inside. When you leave, you know exactly how your home will look, and you have it in writing.

Construction calendar

We create an online calendar for each of our homes detailing the construction steps over the next 12 weeks. You can follow along, from the first scoop of dirt until we put the last plants to bed in your yard. When you have questions, I’ll always answer your call.

Quality control

We use our own skilled craftsmen for 80% of the work on each of our houses. This way we know your home is built to our standards and yours. It’s also what allows us to complete your custom home in 12 weeks. Contact us for a list of homeowners who will tell you we’ve never missed a closing.
